GD Energy Services (GDES) , a Spanish group with international expertise in support services for operation and maintenance, surface treatment, dismantling and emergencies for the energy industry, has signed a strategic purchase with the company SAP (Société d'Application de Peinture), specialist in industrial paints and anticorrosive coatings , which involves the acquisition of 100% of its nuclear business.
GDES has been opening a market in France for several years, with chemical cleaning, technological development, surface treatment and dismantling services for the French nuclear industry. GDES is also the only European (non-French) company that holds the CAEAR certification to carry out dismantling work for the French CEA.
EMPRESARIOS AGRUPADOS provides engineering and consulting services in more than 37 countries. EA is ranked by the U.S. trade journal Engineering News Record (ENR) among the Top 200 International Design Firms.
EA is qualified as a supplier for engineering services by major corporations and institutions such as GEH (USA), SEC and SWCC (Saudi Arabia), Samsung (Korea), MHI (Japan), … as well as by main electric utilities and EPC contractors (see references under Projects), in accordance with the strictest standards.
