此次战略合作中,庄子明博士受邀出席峰会并发表演讲“天猫品牌新零售:重塑全域消费者运营“。庄子明博士,目前在阿里巴巴集团天猫新零售产品技术团队任职总监,负责天猫智慧门店等品牌新零售解决方案,提供大数据AI驱动的全域交易、全域营销、全域消费者运营等产品和技术平台,并与海量服务商共同构建完善的软硬件开放生态,为数百万商家重构品牌新零售场景。加入阿里之前,庄博士曾在腾讯公司及美国硅谷高科技企业负责业界领先的产品研发。 In this strategic cooperation, Dr. Ziming Zhuang was invited to attend the summit and delivered a speech “Tmall New Retail: Redefining Omnichannel Customer Engagement”.Dr. Ziming Zhuang, Director of Tmall New Retail at Alibaba Group, is currently leading the efforts to build new retail total solutions and IoT platforms through big data and AI innovation, and to enable brands and retailers to redefine and upgrade their omni-channel sales, marketing, and consumer engagement scenarios. Prior to joining Alibaba, Dr. Zhuang had worked in the Silicon Valley in the US, and at Tencent on building and launching various leading Internet products.
