SSCL APAC 2025 Awards Corporate Case Evaluation Rules

I. Purpose and Scope
These rules aim to ensure that the evaluation process for the SSCL APAC 2025 Awards adheres to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and professionalism. These rules apply to all corporate cases involved in supply chain management process innovation, ensuring equal consideration for each entry.

II. Evaluation Process
2.1 Registration and Qualification Confirmation
Companies must complete registration via official channels within the specified timeframe and submit detailed company information and case summaries. All registration information will be reviewed by the organizing committee to confirm eligibility.
2.2 AI Assessment Model Scoring
Companies must complete an AI assessment of their supply chain management processes on a designated online platform. The scoring range for the assessment model is 1-5, reflecting the maturity, efficiency, and innovation capability of the company’s supply chain management processes.
2.3 Expert Review
A panel of top industry experts will conduct a comprehensive and in-depth review of the company’s supply chain management processes based on the detailed case materials provided and the AI assessment results.
2.4 Total Score Calculation
The final score for each company will consist of two parts: the AI assessment model score (70% weight), reflecting the quantitative performance in supply chain process management, and the expert review score (30% weight), representing the experts' comprehensive evaluation of the case.

III. Scoring Criteria
3.1 AI Assessment Model
The standard AI assessment tool for supply chain management processes is based on the second edition of the CSCMP global supply chain management process standards, integrating the APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF). Utilizing AI and big data analytics, it covers 12 core process categories, from strategic formulation to product service management and customer service, providing over 2,600 best and worst practice case descriptions. The AI assessment model uses highly specialized data analysis and simulation techniques to help companies identify efficiencies and effectiveness in supply chain processes, aligning with international standards. This tool reflects CSCMP's authority and professionalism in supply chain management and showcases its international influence and recognition in global supply chain practices. Through this tool, companies can receive in-depth assessments and optimization suggestions for their supply chain processes, demonstrating their innovation and excellence in the SSCL APAC 2025 Awards.
3.2 Expert Review
Evaluation criteria will include innovation, practical benefits, industry impact, and the completeness, accuracy, and sustainability of the case description, ensuring that truly industry-leading cases are selected.
