It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 7th Global Dairy Innovation Congress MENA 2025 event, which will take place on March 17-18, 2025 in Dubai, UAE.


The global dairy market was valued at approximately USD 893 billion in 2022 and is projected to reach US$ 1,243 Billion by 2028, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.79% during 2023-2028.


In the MENA region, population growth is estimated at 20% over the next ten years (second only to Sub-Saharan Africa), with the population expected to exceed 500 million by 2031. This demographic shift is prompting increased consumption of high-value dairy products as a vital source of nutrition such as meat and dairy. Dairy products are now an important source of nutrition in MENA. Overall, per capita availability for dairy is forecast to grow from 10.8 kg per person per year (2019–2021) to 11.4 kg per year by 2031 (OECD).


The MENA Dairy Conference 2025 will serve as a unique platform for both local and international dairy stakeholders to explore market opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and discuss innovative dairy farming and processing technologies. The conference will highlight the latest trends in dairy product demand and showcase cutting-edge solutions aimed at enhancing business growth within the MENA region.
