Dickson Yeo has joined as the Senior Logistic Consultantof the Warehouse and Distribution Division of Swisslog since November 2016. He is providing specialist support in logistics operations, translating client’s requirement and processes into the automation designs and project realisations in South East Asia region. Prior to this, Dickson was a client and user of Swisslog solutions and systems for 12 years. He has implemented an Automated Storage & Caddy Pick Distribution Centre using Swisslog technologies in 2014; with a 52,000 pallets storage capacity and picking throughput of 120,000 cartons per day. Dickson Yeo has been in the logistics industry for more than 20 years. As a Supply Chain Director, he had managed the cold chain logistics operations of a 180,000 sq. ft Fresh Food DC and the grocery distribution of 2 automated DCs totalling 900,000 sq.ft. for 12 years. Dickson had strong experience in 3rd Party Logistics, having setup warehouse operations for many clients in Singapore and Malaysia. He had also start up a logistics company in Dubai and established the JV business for 3 years.
