To secure your benefits with Motor Insurance Innovation Congress China 2016 by applying for Visa successfully, please be noted that Tourist Visa could be easily obtained upon round trip air tickets, hotel confirmation letter/number with the hotel letter head and signature. Hence, please kindly confirm your hotel booking ASAP once you have signed up the event. Since visa applicants are increasing in a large number and need longer waiting time in the visa office recently, we suggest you submit the application as early as possible. If you are insisting on applying for business visa, the following information is required:
1. Hard copy of your passport
2. Company name, address, fax and telephone number
3. Your job title
4. Arrival and departure date
5. Location for application
We will apply for the official invitation letter at government agency with the above information and you will be informed to pick the issued visa at your local embassy/consulate once the application is accepted.
