Received his Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering at Yildiz Technical University, Turkey, 2001. He was a Research Assistant between 1993-98 at Dumlupınar University. Then he worked as Automation Engineer by 2003 at Eti Silver Plant. After that, He worked as Director of Statistical&Research, Executive Manager of Technical Control Laboratories and Director of R&D at the Electricity Generation Co., between 2003-2013 years. He administrated and coordinated the Maintenance Management System (MMS) Project for EUAS's three lignite fired thermal power plants and managed Project of Birecik Solar Power Plant Feasibility studies. He has worked at the Performance Monitoring and Evaluating of Thermal Power Plant Project. He was appointed to the Nuclear Power Project Department as Head of Department in 2013 and He has been participating to the international negotiations and studies for developing Sinop NPP Project.
