He was graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University . After, he started to work in Prime Ministry Office as an expert assistant and expert, in total 14 years. He worked for the Head of Economic and Financial Affairs, General Directorate of Legislation Development and Publication, and lastly Head of Administrative Development in Prime Ministry Office. In 2010, He was assigned to work in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and EU and he is currently working as Head of Nuclear Energy Project Implementation Office (NEPIO). He has been conducting Mersin-Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project for three years.

He studied master's degree in in Management Studies at Exeter University in the UK in 2007. Currently, he is continuing PhD Program in Faculty of Economics and Administartive Sciences Hacettepe University.
