Dr. Cezmi Bilmez is extensive experienced in the European
energy market especially in Turkey and the bordering countries.
Dr. Cezmi Bilmez is the General Manager, Power in the Istanbul,
Turkey office of Parsons Brinckerhoff M¨¹hendislik A.Ş., a global
power and infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and
program/construction management organization. Dr. Bilmez is
responsible for the development of the power business in
Turkey in particular, that will serve with engineering and
consulting services also from Turkey as a hub in the bordering
and CIS countries.
Dr. Bilmez is an Electrical Engineer and received a Ph.D. in
mining from RWTH Aachen in Germany. |
