Ms. Zhang concentrates her practice on international nuclear energy transactions and projects, and the development, construction and financing of civil nuclear power plants. She has worked on nuclear new build programs in a number of countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia and has advised clients on various legal aspects, including contracting and procurement, acquisition and financing, nuclear regulatory compliance and technology transfer. She also has extensive financing experience in energy and infrastructure projects, including syndicated lending, project finance, derivatives and issue of debt securities. A native speaker of Chinese, she is dual qualified in the United Kingdom and the United States and her practice expands across the Atlantic and internationally.
