Recently, Senior U.S. official said that there is progress being made there about the nuclear civil liability issue during U.S. President Barack Obama visited India.
And India is offering to set up an insurance pool to indemnify global nuclear suppliers against liability in the case of a nuclear accident.
Nuclear civil liability issue, the biggest concern for many vendors will definitely been resolved in time.
