1. Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment.
2. Substitutions/Name Changes: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at an event. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.
3. Cancellation: We will refund/credit 50% of the due fee providing that cancellation is made in writing and received 3 month before the start of the conference. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. We cannot accept cancellations of orders placed for Documentation or CD ROM as these are reproduced specifically to order. If we have to cancel the event for any reason, then we will make a full refund immediately, but disclaim any further liability. Please carefully review your purchase before you buy.
4. Alterations: It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, timing, venue or date of the event compared to the advertised programme.
5. Disputes: If there is any dispute about or involving the online payment section of the site, by using the online payment site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by China Governing Law.
